Methodology: how do we learn?

• Confidence and Commitment : High tech is hackable by high schoolers. Commitment to effort + Persistence is the key of talent and success
• Learn by practicing: If you can learn & write English according to grammer & rules, you can do python too.
• Learn by doing: Case studies & Code Reading will be often. Final project: design Data visualization as published Web app deployed in Cloud

Community: Who can join?

• Key requirements: Self-motivated + Persistent (digging bugs like mosquitoes that bite you) + Detail-oriented (do what programming rules told you to)
• Knowledge requirement: High school? know typing from laptop? Know math like (+ - * /) and mean/median.
• Hardware requiremnt: An old/used laptop with intenet connectivity that is OK to install linux (and others).
